![]() My advice would be to call up and reserve a table if you're looking to spend most of the day there, particularly if the Italian games are on at a similar time as it does get busy. The pub was also a 5 minute walk to Cenisio station which is the line to San Siro, so I would definitely recommend coming here if your looking to kill some time before heading to a match. In terms of food, the piadine I ordered was lovely but I don't drink alcohol so I can't comment on the beer. When my team (Spurs) were due to be on tv I asked him if I could watch it and, despite most tables being reserved and loads of locals turning up for the AC Milan game, he changed one of the tv screens to show the Spurs game for me. The main bartender (maybe owner?) spoke English and was really helpful and accommodating. The pub is relatively small, but there are plenty of TVs to get a vantage point from any seat in there. ![]() I travelled to Milan to watch Inter v Roma and seeing as my hotel was out of the city centre, I came to offside sports pub to enjoy the footy before the late kick off. Metro station: Cenisio, and then a two-block walk due west to Via Losanna, 46, on the south side of Piazza Diocleziano. Maurizio's a great guy who takes well-deserved pride in his establishment, and I'm looking forward to getting back there soon to enjoy it. I wonder what's on during, say, most of March? And, no, I don't mean Spring Training!) E, non dimentica il calcio: the walls plastered with pennants from all the major teams worldwide evidence the bar's devotion to "the other kind of football." There's a wide selection of beers on tap, full bar, and a "Full English Breakfast" deal that looked good, too. We managed to find a replay of the NLDS and Maurizio assured me he and his staff do their best to accommodate customers' requests for games, from baseball and soccer to college and NFL football. And what I found, I liked: a cozy Italo-Aussie-Anglo-Kiwi-Canuck-American sports bar that has several well-placed TVs and lots of room to watch what's on them. but owner Maurizio outside, and welcoming me in to check it out. Stopped by this afternoon to find Offside closed. ![]()
